Feniletanolamin N-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.28, noradrenalinska N-metiltransferaza, noradrenalinska N-metiltransferaza, norepinefrin metiltransferaza, norepinefrinska N-metiltransferaza, fenetanolaminska metiltransferaza, fenetanolaminska N-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:feniletanolamin N-metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + feniletanolamin S-adenozil-L-homocistein + N-metilfeniletanolamin
Ovaj enzim deluje na razne feniletanolamine. On konvertuje noradrenalin u adrenalin.
